Antique hand colored map from Asher & Adams' New Statistical and Topographical Atlas of the United States, 1872. Delineates rivers, landings, railroads, stations, distances, etc., and shows populations of cities and villages containing 300,000 inhabitants and upwards, as well as populations of counties. Good to very good overall antique condition, with some surface damage mostly in lower right corner, some minor stains, and some light toning that is darker at the paper edges. Measures approx. 16 x 23 inches to neatline.
