Antique hand colored map of part of India, by Dury and published in "A New General and Universal Atlas containing Forty-five Maps" in 1761. This is a small early map and shows towns, cities, kingdoms, mountains, islands including Ceylon (present-day Sri Lanka,) and bodies of water. Very good antique condition with minor light toning at paper edges and a few small brown marks at top and bottom borders. Folded as issued. approx. 4.75 x 4 inches.
