Antique print published in Harper's Weekly on July 23, 1887 showing scenes around Nahant and Swampscott, Massachusetts. The images are: Nahant from Lynn, a Nahant Road, a Corner in Swampscott, Cliffs at Nahant, After a Noreaster Swampscott, and Fishermans Bay, Swampscott. Copied from a drawing by Harry Fenn and published in the newspaper in 1887. This page comes with a photocopied page of text that includes the article that accompanies the images. Very good antique condition with some minor spots and wrinkles. Could be hand-colored by our professional colorist for an additional $50. Measures approx. 16 x 10.75 inches to the paper edges. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
