Houze, Membre de la Societe de Geographie, etc. In English, this map's title is roughly translated to: The Holy Land Divided into Twelve Tribes. It shows the modern nations of Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, and Jordan, Syria, and Cyprus. French text at bottom gives details and provides a key to the color coding. It is in good antique condition with moderate toning, foxing, burn from engraving on opposite page, and rough edges at bottom border. This map measures approximately 13.5 x 10.25 inches.
