Maker: Stadley.
Antique map of part of Cambridge, MA, from the Atlas of Middlesex County Vol 1, published by Geo. W. Stadley & Co., 1900. Includes the Esplanade on the Charles River, and Mass Ave. MIT would eventually move to this area in 1916, but there aren't any indications of it on this map. Wards are delineated in green, buildings are colored by type. Some businesses and property owners are labeled, but most are numbered with a list of property owners printed by street on reverse side of the pages. Shows roads, railroads, bodies of water, public spaces, etc. Fair to good condition with wrinkles, mild folds, and overall toning that is darker at the paper edges. Should look nice when framed- some signs of age will still be visible. Measures approx. 21.5 x 31.5 inches to the paper edges.
