Antique hand colored map of the Kansas and Nebraska Territories as they were at the time of publishing (after the Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854.) Published by Johnson and Browning, 1860. Map features a decorative border and includes topographical details, as well as the locations of Indian Settlements, forts, railroads, etc. Good to Very good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout, areas of minor foxing/staining, and some very minor tears/roughing at the outer edges. Measures approximately 12.5" x 15.5" (H x W) to the outer edges of the decorative border.
