Antique hand colored illustration of a pair of stoats, or short-tailed weasels, in the summer (before their coats turn pure white for winter,) by William Jardine, in his work "Naturalist's Library," c. 1840. Very good overall antique condition with some mild toning/soiling of the paper. Page measures approximately 4.25" x 6.75" in total.
