Antique hand colored print of two species of planthopper insects (otherwise known as a Lantern Fly or Peanut Bug, among other names.) Very good condition with some mild toning/foxing of the antique paper. By James Duncan, Published in William Jardine's "The Naturalist's Library" series, 1840. Page measures approximately 6.5" x 4.25".
