Antique colored print of sea shells, plate 26 from the multi-volume "Zoology of New York, or The New-York Fauna" by American zoologist James Ellsworth Dekay. This work was illustrated by the British born American painter John William Hill. These hand colored lithographs were done by Lith. of Endicott, New York. Very good condition with some mild staining at paper edges. Sheet measures approx. 11.5 x 9.25 inches.
