Matted antique hand colored lithograph print of Winged Shells, also known as Claw Shells, published by John Mawe in "The Linnean System of Conchology," 1823. Very good overall antique condition, with some mild toning and minor creasing of the paper. Matted with a cream-colored mat to measure approximately 11.5" x 8.75".
