Antique uncolored chart of part of Nova Scotia, by De Chabert, 1753. This map shows the area near Louisbourg, with Scatarie Island and Gabarus Bay. The compass rose shows that north is to the upper right in this chart. Good restored condition with some stains and wear. This chart has been archivally restored- cleaned, deacidified, and backed with light-weight tissue for strength. Approx. 6.5 x 12.75 inches to the outer border lines.
