Inset showing St. Simon's Island (GA) and Vicinity. Recent hand-coloring. With folds, as issued. Good to very good overall antique condition with mild toning that is darker along the folds, some small spots, mild wrinkling at bottom and clipped margin at bottom left. Measures approximately 11" x 35.25" (H x W) to the neatline.
