Antique black and white nautical chart of part of the southern east coast of the United States comprising Cape Romaine to St Marys Entrance. Published originally in 1874, this chart was printed in 1885. It was common for nautical charts to be updated and printed annually and the original plate was used and reworked until a new plate needed to be made. This chart includes Charleston, Savannah, Cumberland Island, Sapello Island, Jekyll Island, Hilton Head, Kiawah Island, St Simon Island, and Amelia Island. This chart is in Very good overall antique condition with some edge tears outside the neatline. Approx. 29.5 x 38.25 inches. **Special Sale!
