Antique uncolored nautical chart of Nantucket and Nantucket Shoals (Massachusetts) from surveys conducted from 1846-52 by Lts. Charles H. Davis and Charles H. McBlair, U.S. Navy. Including bathymetric readings, bearings and distances, detailed tidal information and other contemporary notations. Published by the United States Coast Survey, 1853. Very good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout, with some heavier toning at the folds and outer edges. Measures approximately 17.25" x 19" to the neatline.
