This map shows Cape May City in New Jersey with property owners and also the new development of Sea Grove in Cape May, New York, where the lots were divided but mostly without buildings at the time. This map is printed on light-weight paper. It is in fair to good condition with some tears that can be repaired, some edge damage, a few minor spots, and some wrinkles. This map will frame nicely. Measures approx. 19 x 32.5 inches to the neatline.
