Antique black & white lithograph print published in D. T. Valentine's 1853 manual of New York City, shows a view of the Staten Island Ferry loading station near the docks of Whitehall Street, Manhattan. The U.S. Barge Office (seen to the right) served as the processing center for immigrants arriving into the city from 1890 to 1900. Good condition, approximately 4.5" x 7" to the paper edges
