Maker: Valentine's Manual
Antique black & white lithograph print published in D. T. Valentine's 1859 manual of New York City, shows a view of the streetcar depot on Third Avenue which served the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx from 1853-1956. At the time of this depiction, the depot still relied on horse-drawn trolleys and some 1,700 horses were required to maintain operations at the station's peak. Good condition, small tear near bottom, approximately 4.5" x 7" to the paper edges
