Maker: Valentine's Manual
Antique black & white lithograph print published in D. T. Valentine's 1868 manual of New York City, shows a view of the ornate, four-story, Pike's Opera House which later came known as the Grand Opera House, Manhattan. Although it stopped being used for operas, he building itself survived as late as the 1960's when it was replaced by a housing development. Good condition, approximately 5.5 x 8.5" to the paper edges.
