Antique printed color map of part of Manhattan, New York City, from the Atlas of New York City, Borough of Manhattan, by Bromley, 1930. Shows W 151st to W 156th and Eighth Ave (now Frederick Douglass Blvd) to Harlem River, with Central Bridge (now Macombs Dam Bridge), Harlem Lane Park (now Colonel Charles Young Triangle), and New Manhattan Casino. The explanation key for this atlas was only included on the index map- pink indicates brick, yellow is frame (wood), an X means the building is a stable, the numbers and letters on each building indicate the number of stories of the building and whether it has a basement, store, or saloon (see index image for full explanation). Very good antique condition with toning overall. Sheet measures approx. 11.5 x 16.25 inches. Double-sided sheet has NYC106A on one side and NYC106B on the other side (please add only one of these two maps to your cart).
