Antique map of Southern Africa, below the equator from The Times Atlas, published by "The Times" in 1900. This map gives a look back at the countries and terrirories, as they were divided at the time. Shows Angola, Congo state, Gazaland, Mozambique, Namaqualand, Bechuanalanad, South African Republic, cape Colony, Orange Free State, Angola, Comoro Islands and Madagascar. Good antique condition, with minimal foxing and some light staining (largely in the margins.) Original printed color. Measures approximately 14.5 inches by 18.5 inches, as measured to the neatline.
