Antique map of Algeria and the coast of Northern Africa, published in the Nouvelle Geographie Et Statistique De La France, Alger Et La Belgique, Suivie D'Un Traite Sur Le Monde Entier... 1842 (5th edition) by Alexandre Corbin. This charming page features a small map of the region surrounded by illustrations of the local animals and views. Very good antique condition with some minor stains in the margins. Paper is lightweight and the text on verso is slightly visible but this can be reduced by backing with a black backing when framing. Measures approx. 13 x 9 inches to the neatline.
