Antique map of northwestern Germany, by the Weekly Dispatch in Volume II of "The Dispatch Atlas," 1863. Originally published as the left half of a map titled "Germany (Western), supplementing the Maps of Prussia and Austria: N. W., N. E." Hand-coloring outlines the regions and the topographical details. Includes railroads and shows some place names in both German and English. Cities include Oldenburg, Bremen, Cologne (Koln), Hamm, Cassel, Dortmund, Hanover, and Hamburg, among others. Good to Very good antique condition with mild toning throughout, as well as some wrinkling/creasing at the corners, and a couple small tears at the outer edges of the paper. Measures approximately 16.75" x 12" to the neatline.
