Includes inset maps showing a plan of Cheviot, a plan of Germantown (a central portion of the town,) and a plan of North Germantown. Inset maps are oriented in a different direction on the page to the main map. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest. Original hand-coloring by district, with labeled district numbers. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some very minor wrinkling of the paper, and areas of very minor spots/foxing. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 23" x 14.75" to the neatline.
