Antique hand-colored map of the first ward of Hudson, New York, from the Atlas of Columbia County, New York, by Beers, Ellis & Co. 1888. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest (e.g. Hudson River Steamboat Co., Hudson Iron Company, Columbia Knitting Co., Public School No. 1, Catholic School, etc.) Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some very minor wrinkling of the paper, and areas of very minor soiling/staining. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 23.25" to the neatline, with the map extending beyond the neatline along the bottom center, creating a very tight margin.
