Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest (e.g. Union Knitting Mills, Hudson River Knitting Mills, Hudson Savings Institution, Breweries, Malt House, North Bay Seminary School, etc.) Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some minor wrinkling of the paper, and areas of soiling/staining. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 22.75" to the neatline.
