Includes an inset map of the hamlet of Niverville, also titled Kinderhook Station. Inset map is oriented in a different direction on the page to the main map. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, an at the time proposed railway, topography, and some points of interest. Original hand-coloring by district, with labeled district numbers. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some very minor wrinkling of the paper, a few spots of very minor foxing, and a very small tear at the bottom edge. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 23.25" x 15" to the neatline.
