Antique hand-colored map of New Lebanon, New York, from the Atlas of Columbia County, New York, by Beers, Ellis & Co. 1888. Includes inset maps of New Lebanon Center, a portion of New Lebanon along the railroad with a school house, Tilden Chemical Works, thermometer factory, Wyomandock House, etc.,) and Lebanon Springs. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, topography, and some points of interest (e.g. "newly discovered iron mines," Mt. Lebanon Shaker Village, cemeteries, etc.) Original hand-coloring by district, with labeled district numbers. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some minor wrinkling/creasing of the paper, and a few spots of very minor foxing. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 23.25" to the neatline.
