Antique map of part of Brookline, MA from the Atlas of the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts. Published by G.M. Hopkins, 1884. Includes Walnut St, Boylston St, Cypress St, and Davis Ave. These maps were created for tax and insurance purposes and the buildings are coloured by type- the color key is included on each plate. Each property is labelled with the property owner's name. This map shows roads, railroads, public spaces, bodies of water, etc. North is oriented to the left. Very good condition with mild toning that is a bit darker at the paper edges, slight wrinkles near the center fold. Handwritten corrections in pencil. Measures approx. 17.5 x 27.5 inches to the paper edges.
