Antique hand-colored map of Pennsylvania and New Jersey at the time of the Civil War by Johnson and Ward, 1864. Shows counties delineated by color, rivers, water bodies, railroads, cities, towns, and some topography including the Appalachian Mountains. Center fold, as issued. Good to Very good condition with mild toning throughout, a few spots of minor foxing, and some seam separation at the bottom of the fold. Measures approx. 17 x 23.5 inches to the outer edge of the decorative border.
