Antique hand-colored map of Pennsylvania, with insets of the Vicinity of Philadelphia, and the Vicinity of Pittsburgh. By Edward C. Biddle, after Tanner, 1843. Blue lines show railroads. Also shows principal roads, common roads, canals, and distances. Colored by county, although some later counties, such as Elk County, are not yet in existence. Decorative border. Good condition, overall toning, folds as issued, right edge is uneven where it was removed from atlas, two small tears in right side repaired with tape. Approx. 8 x 10.25 inches. Priced as-is.
