Colorful antique pictorial map of Scotland, by A.E. Taylor, 1932. This delightful map features quotes, coats of arms, and small illustrated views of many of the cities and notable edifices. This map shows all of the major roads and was published in "Pictorial Britain and Ireland" in 1932. With historical information, and quotes, and inset maps of the Land of Burns and Land of Scott. Also included with the purchase is the accompanying text about the area. Very good antique condition with a fold at center as issued, some tiny spots and slight toning that is darker at paper edges. Approx. 15.5 x 11.5 inches to the decorative border.
