Maker: A.A. Heard.

This printed color antique bird's-eye-view map was published in 1911 by the Delaware & Hudson Company and the Champlain Transportation Company. The map was made by A. A. Heard and included in a travel brochure highlighting the Lake George, Lake Champlain area. This map is still complete with the brochure, which shows maps of both lakes as well as boating and leisure information. The map stretches from Albany on the left to Montreal on the right and includes Schenectady, Rutland, Burlington, Plattsburg, Fort William Henry, the St Lawrence River, and more. Folded as issued. Good antique condition with some separation at seams. The map is approx. 8.5 x 30 inches, but when the brochure is folded out completely, it is 17 x 30 inches.
