Antique hand colored pictorial map of Long Beach, New Jersey, by Charles Edgar Nash, 1940. Features a decorative border filled with historical illustrations and details, including a reference at the bottom of the map of all of the shipwrecks that took place in these waters, from 1769-1937. Map itself is filled with illustrations of the local fauna, beach activities, and a few more historical details. Good overall antique condition with heavy toning throughout, a couple areas of very light foxing, and some very minor staining at the outermost edges. Measures approximately 11.25" x 17" (H x W) to the outer edge of the decorative border. **SOLD**
