Antique black and white map of present-day northeastern Poland with a portion of Lithuania, by Dufour, 1859. Prominently includes cities of Gdansk (written as Dantzig) and Warsaw (written as Varsovie.) Title is in French and means "Map of the Country between the Vistula and the Pregel," referring to the land between the Vistula River in Poland and the Pregolya River in Russia. Includes topographical details and names of rivers and major towns/cities. With fold, as issued. Fair to Good overall antique condition with some toning/foxing, heavy roughing and many small tears at the outer edges, and very mild seam separation at the right side of the fold. Measures approximately 16" x 15.5" (H x W) to the neatline. *Note: Priced As Is.
