Antique map of South Carolina from the American Pocket Atlas by Mathew Carey, 1804 edition, this map engraved by W. Barker. Shows towns, main roads, rivers, lakes, mountains, etc. Some Native American towns marked with triangles on the western side of the state. Includes Charleston, Columbia, Augusta, and many other recognizable locations. Very good restored condition; this map has been archivally cleaned but retains some minor stains/tiny spots. Measures approx. 7.5 x 5.75 inches to the neatline.
