Matted antique hand colored print showing a view of Franklin Street in Boston, Massachusetts, published by Ballou's Pictorial Drawing-Room Companion, 1855. Shows people and carriages moving about Franklin Place, a neighborhood that was demolished in 1858, in the present-day Financial District of Boston. Print is in good to very good overall antique condition, with mild toning of the paper. Matted with a neutral, tan mat with a white core. Visible portion of antique print measures approximately 6.25" x 9.75" (H x W) and is matted to measure approx. 11" x 14" overall.
