Buildings are colored by type: pink is brink, yellow is frame (wood), and brown is stone. Shows roads, railroads, water bodies, etc. Streets are: Centre, Washington, Cottage Ave, and more. Also includes Muddy Pond. Good condition with mild surface soil and wear at the center fold and paper edges. Water stain in bottom margine. Some pencil marks. Measures approx. 20 x 29 inches to the neatline.
