Antique hand colored map of part of West Roxbury, Massachusetts from the "Atlas of the City of Boston, West Roxbury, from Actual Surveys and Official Plans by George W. and Walter S. Bromley", published in 1914. This map shows an area from Spring Park Avenue to Myrtle Street and Seaverns Avenue with the Municipal Court, police station, Baptist Church, the Lakeville and Beaufort Terraces, Jamaica Pond, etc., with roads, railroads, public spaces, property owners' names, major land and water features, etc. Note: The area that was called West Roxbury in 1914 is different from the area we know as West Roxbury now. Very good antique condition with overall foxing and toning of paper, general signs of age; fold at center, as issued. Approx. 21.5 x 32 inches to the neatline.
