Antique uncolored copper plate print from Allain Manesson Mallet's "Description de l'Univers" published in 1683. This image shows violent and possibly cannibalistic people. We do apologize if this is offensive, but of course it is an antique from hundreds of years ago. Good antique condition with a minor water stain and some other mild stains. Measures approx. 5.5 x 3.75 inches to the neatline and 8.5 x 5.5 inches to the paper edges.
