Antique uncolored print from the book Illustrations of the Croton Aqueduct, by F. B. Tower, of the Engineer Department, published by Wiley and Putnam in 1843. Features a scene with people and a dog near the aqueduct at Jewells Brook, which connects to the Croton dam to bring water to parts of Manhattan and the Bronx. Very good condition with some minor light foxing and toning at top and right edges, and slightly narrow margin at bottom. Sheet measures approx. 9 x 12.75 inches.
