Genuine Antique Printed-Color Folding Map
c. 1900
Maker: Wright and Potter Press.
Antique printed-color folding map of Massachusetts published by the Wright and Potter Press of Boston, circa 1900. Original printed color showing the railroads in red with towns labeled, counties divided by dashed lines and county seats indicated. Overall very good antique condition with folds as issued and some wear and tiny holes on the folds, a very slight stain in the upper right, and some edge wear on right side where is was likely attached to a cover at some point. The top and bottom right side edges were purposefully angled to make folding and unfolding the map easier. Printed on light-weight paper. Approx. 18.25 x 28.5 inches to the neatline.
