Unusual antique map of the railroad route from the area near Memphis and the Mississippi River to the area near Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean, showing major areas of geologic deposits. Other cities included are: Helena, Napoleon, Vicksburg, Pine Bluff, Little Rock, Fort Smith, San Antonio, Fort Defiance and Needles. Later, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad was constructed along the western part of this survey. Very good overall antique condition, About 8 x 37 inches to the neat line.
