This colored antique map was published in Letts's 1883 Popular Atlas, Being a Series of Maps Delineating the Whole Surface of the Globe, with Many Special and Original Features. Includes statistical information regarding the area and population of south eastern Europe, value of principal articles imported from Turkey and Roumania to British Isles (Indian Corn, Goat's Wool, and Opium). Showing major points of interest and geological features, it measures approximately 15.5 x 14 inches and is in good antique condition with some toning and foxing and discoloration at center fold.
