Maker: Gleason's Pictorial Drawing-Room Companion
Antique uncolored engraving of a view of Harpers Ferry VA from the 1850s, published in Gleason's Pictorial Drawing-Room Companion July 29, 1854. This view was made years before the area became famous in the Civil War. Additional information about Harper's Ferry appears above the image, and the Gleason's Pictorial header with view of Boston decorates the top. Could be hand colored by our professional colorist for an additional cost. Could be folded to hide the header and text for framing. Very good condition with mild signs of age, mild toning. Measures approximately 15" x 10.5" (H x W) to paper edges.
