Antique map of a land grant in New York, by Pease, from the Documentary History of the State of New York, 1850. Reduced one fifth from the Original Map, Lith. of Richard H. Pease. This land is bordered on the east by Last Chance Creek which connects to Fish Lake Creek, and the map includes the names of the children to whom the land is granted as well as notes of the trees in some areas. Fair to good condition with foxing, folds as issued, and a light/imperfect strike of the printing plate in the lower right. Measures approx. 8.5 x 11.5 inches to the neatline.
