Antique map of Tennessee from the American Pocket Atlas by Mathew Carey, 1804 edition, this map engraved by W. Barker. Shows towns, main roads, rivers, lakes, mountains, etc. This map shows several Cherokee towns indicated with triangles. Nashville, Knoxville, Louisville, and many other recognizable places. Very good restored condition; this map has been archivally cleaned but retains some minor stains/tiny spots. Measures approx. 7.5 x 5.75 inches to the neatline.
