Idaho territory stretches east past the Rocky Mountains where it borders Dakota Territory and much of these states has not been settled or divided into counties or towns yet. Includes the routes of the proposed Pacific Rail Road. This map shows these western states in the midst of their evolution to their present state. Good overall antique condition with toning and some small spots/stains in the map and margin. approx. 12 3/4" x 15 1/2" (h x w) Priced by condition, rarity, etc.
