Antique map from A Grammar of General Geography for the use of Schools and Young Persons… by Rev. J. Goldsmith, engraved by Sidney Hall and published by Longman, Rees, Orme, Brown, and Green, c. 1829. This map shows the world in two hemispheres. By this time, the coasts are largely explored and therefore accurate. Very good antique condition with folds as issued, small stain at lower right. Measures approx. 5.5 x 10 inches to the paper edges.
