Antique map showing the Empire of China, engraved by Gibson, 1759 for the Geographical Dictionary. Includes some old, anglicized spellings of locations, such as Canton, Hantcheou, Nanking, and Peking. Very good condition with light toning, slightly darker at edges, some tiny tears at the paper edges. Approx. 7.75 x 11.5 inches.
