Antique nautical chart by Edmund Blunt, published by E. & G.W. Blunt in 1848 with additions to 1855. Excellent representation of all of the Bahamas, and the Florida Keys, and south and central Florida, from Mosquito Inlet, Cape Canaveral and Tampa Bay in Florida to the north coast of Cuba. Inset chart of Key West Harbor surveyed by the US Coast Survey in 1851. With 12 recognition profiles. Restored, cleaned, rebacked with fabric, and deacidified. Very good condition. Some signs of age remain in the form of some mild stains, repaired wrinkles, repaired small tears and wear at the paper edges. Approximately 38.5 x 48.5 inches to the neatline. **NOTE- this map requires extra insurance for shipping.
